Can you forward a parcel if the shop will not deliver to my country?
You can buy directly from a retailer that accepts delivery to your approved UK receiving address. We then assess an onward route. Retailer terms, prohibited contents, destination restrictions and carrier availability still apply; a retailer refusing overseas delivery does not guarantee that we can forward the item.
Do you buy goods on my behalf?
You choose, order and pay the retailer directly. Sourcing Concierge can help find a book edition, product or suitable retailer, with the scope and fee quoted before work. It does not include placing merchant orders, paying for goods or a buying commission.
Can you combine several parcels into one shipment?
Yes, you can request consolidation of suitable received parcels. The proposed fee is £3.99 for up to 3 parcels, then £0.75 for each extra parcel. Packaging and postage remain separate. Different contents or carrier restrictions may require more than one package.
How long can my parcels stay?
The proposed parcel plan includes 30 days of storage per parcel. After that, extended holding is £0.10 per kg per week, subject to a £0.50 minimum per parcel per week. Longer-term or unusual storage is agreed separately.
Is international postage included in the monthly fee?
No. Your onward quote shows the available carrier service, packaging, handling and disclosed surcharges. The proposed carrier charge is the payable carrier cost plus a disclosed 10% service margin. Customs duties and destination taxes remain excluded unless explicitly included in the reviewed quote.
